PSARA-Compliant Training, Start to Finish
RSFM policy mandates that every employee undertake a comprehensive training course before deployment, fulfilling PSARA Act requirements. Beyond basic guarding skills, staff are taught First Aid, fire fighting and self-defense, with training continuing progressively throughout their careers.
